This program is designed to support you, amplify your work, and provide you with the resources you need to continue building amazing experiences for our Craftland players.

FAQ / QA
1. Do I follow the Old or New criteria for the Creator Program?
Only the New Criteria is active now. The rules were updated to focus more on how much players love playing your maps.
2. How is "Total Monthly Playtime" calculated?
You can calculate it by checking all your published maps' performance in the Craftland studio.
3. Do I have to publish a new map every single month?
Not necessarily. You can choose Option 2 and update an old map to keep it fresh. However, you can only do this for 2 months in a row. By the 3rd month, you must publish a completely new map to keep your rank.
4. What counts as a "Feature Request"?
A feature request is a formal suggestion to the Craftland team about a new tool, block, or setting you want to see in the editor. The request must have a positive and high impact for creators.
5. What happens if my playtime drops below the requirement?
If your total playtime falls below your current tier's requirement for the month, your rank may be adjusted. You can always rank back up by updating your maps or launching a new hit.
6. What does "meaningfully update" your map mean?
A meaningful update is not just a tiny change. It means you have improved the map enough to give players a fresh experience so they keep coming back.
Examples:
- New Gameplay: Adding a new level, a new game mode, or fresh mechanics.
- Big Improvements: Fixing major bugs or completely redesigning a section that players found confusing.
- Fresh Content: Adding new items or seasonal themes.
Creator Code of Conduct
As a Craftland Creator, you are a role model for the entire community. We expect you to uphold the highest standards of behaviour, both in-game and on social media.

| Unauthorised Promises | Making unauthorised promises to players about unreleased benefits or game content is prohibited. |
Content Guidelines
To be eligible and to maintain your status in the Creator Program, you are required to review your existing content, including videos, posts, Telegram groups, and other platform content. Any content that violates current guidelines must be permanently deleted.
All new content you create, including maps, videos, and social media posts, must adhere to the game and Craftland guidelines.

| Safe Environment | You must not upload or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, distressing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, politically sensitive, religiously sensitive, blasphemous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. |
Violation of these terms may result in your removal from the program and other penalties. Decisions made by the Craftland admin and team will be considered final.
